Henry Brown's automatic Republican vote led him to vote for what has been dubbed "Reaganomics II" -- the largest fiscally un-conservative tax cut in history.

Major House votes

On March 8, 2001, Brown continued his automatic Republican vote by casting a ballot for the principal components of a $1.6 trillion tax cut at a time when the country's debt is more than $5 trillion. The vote, called fiscally irresponsible in academic and financial circles, appears to reflect Brown's disdain for fiscally conservative measures.
