Brown: Worst SC congressional environmental record

Here's an Independence Day fun fact about Rep. Henry Brown: In his first term of office, he garnered the WORST environmental record of the six members of Congress, according to the League of Conservation Voters.

Brown scored a 5 percent rating on environmental votes for the two-year session. In 2002 alone, he scored a big fat ZERO. (NOTE: A close second place lowest score was by Rep. Jim DeMint who got a 9 percent score.) Read the full report.
